What's new year without all the awesome cookies !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And one very extremely important cookie, aside for pineapple tarts (which is fucking awesome - my mum's), is...ALMOND COOKIES!

Ok to the uninformed, my mum have been selling homemade almond cookies since 2004, and her all time record is like 400cans (estimate only cos i cant be bothered to read her record book properly hehe) in two months which is freaking awesome cos she does all the mixing of flour, buying of ingredients, rolling of cookies, baking, packaging ALL BY HERSELF. Fine with the help of my dad, and the oh-so-busy-with-nothing-in-particular me + my bro on weekends.
So anyway, as a dutiful daughter, i'm like trying to help her promote albeit abit redundant cos she's currently making her last batch of cookies while i'm typing, and she's not exactly wanting to work on a big scale - that is accept alot of orders cos she's lazy. On a sidenote, my mum also does pineapple tarts and its mad delicious. Talk about it next year HAHAHA
