S.L.E.E.P.

So i've been ranting on and on about being insomniac for a long time , like since a few months back when i was really insistent that i could only study at night - which btw, is true. So obviously i thought after o's i'd go back to sleeping like a pig every night. I mean sleeping like those deep sleeps that makes you feel refreshed in the morning. But i'm so wrong! Apparently i'm still very much insomniac and its still troubling me, despite it allowing me to think about stuff to write on my blog like i've mentioned before.

Anyway, googled it and i stumbled upon this awesome website about sleep! Learnt some new stuff bout sleep that i've never known but obviously i'm not gonna blog about the website and its info, so here's the links for those interested.

Anyway, got this from the last link.
"Insomnia is the inability to get the amount of sleep you need to wake up feeling rested and refreshed. "


Before this i thought insomnia was the inability to sleep , without taking into account the quality of it! So despite me having been sleeping for around 7hours everyday recently, cause of work, I'm still not getting that refreshed feeling in the morning, or experiencing my much awaited deep sleep and i'm thus still classified as being insomniac! Its more like the what-the-fuck-i-still-wanna-sleep feeling in the morning and restless sleeping in the night cos my brain just keeps spinning at high speed, even when i'm asleep, playing day events . Sometimes it even feels like i'm still reading the book i was reading before i slept! Tsk.

So anyway, there was a few tests to know how sleep deprived or awake you are and i did it!

SHEEP DASH hahaha.


But apparently this isnt accurate cos I did it again after like 2mins or something after feeling perked up and excited and results improved a hell lot !






So anyway, shall try a few tricks for good quality sleep tonight, as recommended from the site . And they were saying that it takes practice to get good sleep night after night. Damn all those people with good sleep! Have they been practicing all their life or are they just gifted in sleeping ?!
